Legal advice and legal assistance
We provide legal advice and legal assistance to clients to protect their rights as a result of violence.

- Assisting legal entities in filing lawsuits, petitions, and complaints
- Assist in gathering evidence

- Liaison with legal authorities
Psychological counseling
Help and support to get out of a psychological crisis and get back to normal.
- Individual psychological counseling

- Referral to psychological centers and mental health institutions
Child Protection Services:
Services to protect the rights of abused children and empower them to overcome violence are provided to children and their families.
- Psychological counseling and support
- Psychological and physical health rehabilitation services
- Support group and life skills training
- Continuity of educational services at all levels
- Family reunification services
Temporary shelter services:
Children and women whose lives, safety, and health are threatened by domestic or sexual violence will be placed under protection for a period of 7 days to 3 months.

Protecting life and health and preventing re-exposure to violence.
Rehabilitation Services: Restoring mental and physical health
Empowerment: Providing services to empower people to overcome violence and solve their problems. It includes:
- Provide advice and information
- Assess the situation
- Assistance in obtaining civil documents
- Referral to social welfare services
- Liaise with the joint team of the respective territory

If it is not possible to come and get advice and information in person, we are on the phone number 96490505 for 24 hours a day to give advice and information.

Service hours:
- Monday - Friday 9:00- 18:00
- Lunch time 13:00-14:00
- Saturday and Sunday off.
- (Consultation time: 40 minutes)

Service Limits:
- Services cannot be provided to people who are under influence of alcohol, drugs or psychoactive substances.
- Services cannot be provided to persons with severe mental illness, incapacitated persons, or violent offenders.
- No direct financial or material aid will be provided.
- No out-of-work or home visits.
- The client's safety cannot be protected outside of the temporary shelter.
